Custom & Personalized Orders

Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled
Personalized items may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective
Non-custom items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
