All orders are processed after payment is received.

  • Production times vary based on the product and level of customization

  • Personalized items may require additional production time

  • Estimated production times are provided on product pages when applicable

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method, carrier availability, and destination.

Please note:

  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates

  • Beam of Light Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping method, and delivery location.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products:

  • Personalized and custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Custom Products

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or refund on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Approval is not guaranteed and is at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
